Cleaning Reset Services: The cleaning reset rate is determined by the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the surrounding vacation rental prices to remain competitive with the other vacation homes in the client’s area of service.
Set Up & Interior Decorating: Onboard Home Management can provide home setup and interior decorating to prepare the home for photographs and guests. An estimate per square footage of the home can be sent to the client upon request. Home set-up and interior decorating consists of determining and selecting decorative items and elements to create and transform the home into a unique vacation rental.
Management Fee: Onboard Home Management applies a fee of 10% to 13% of the total gross nightly rate for each reservation.
Handyman Services (small repairs): $45.00 per man hour: This service can be contracted at the request of the client or in the event of a repair or service needed to immediately accommodate the residing guest (lockout by guest, drain clogs, replace broken blinds, install keyless entry, etc.)

For the homeowner that does not want the Concierge Service, but still needs site visits to check in on the home, coordinate with garbage collection, or whatever need may arise. Our ability to be flexible takes the worry out for you.
