We are the point of contact for your guests. We ensure guests feel welcome from the moment they book a reservation until they check out of the home. We are available to assist with recommendations and amenities available for the guest and answer any and all questions they may have throughout their stay.
Engage in Home Visits
We will check on the home during any periods of inactivity. During any natural disasters that may affect the area, we prepare the home by bringing in outdoor furniture and making sure that the home will not have any outdoor items that may cause damage by the wind or water. Once it is safe to return, we will put items back in their place and check on the home’s health and report and photograph any damage to our clients.
Inventory Management
Our cleaning and management team will check inventory levels for essential items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies and linens during each cleaning reset. We will notify you when items need restocking to order items, or we are available to purchase the items and invoice the client.
