Cleaning Reset Services
The cleaning reset rate is determined by the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the surrounding vacation rental prices to remain competitive with the other vacation homes in the client’s area of service.
Set Up & Interior Decorating
Onboard Home Management can provide home setup and interior decorating to prepare the home for photographs and guests. An estimate per square footage of the home can be sent to the client upon request.
Management Fee
Onboard Home Management charges a percentage of the total gross nightly rate for each reservation for management services.
Handyman Services (small repairs)
This service can be contracted at the request of the client or in the event of a repair or service needed to immediately accommodate the residing guest (lockout by guest, drain clogs, replace broken blinds, install keyless entry, etc.)
The cleaning reset fee is based on your home’s square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and current market pricing for vacation rentals in your area to stay competitive.
Our team helps transform your property into a standout rental by selecting décor and functional items with your input. A cost estimate is provided based on the square footage of your home.
The 10%–13% management fee covers listing management, guest communication, concierge services, and overall property oversight to ensure seamless operations and maximized booking potential.
We handle minor repairs such as clogged drains, chirping fire alarms, lockouts, keyless entry installation, and more.
