Going on almost 3 years entrusting the management and cleaning of my rental property with Onboard Home Management. I have an historic bungalow in Tampa, FL, and I’m currently using it as an AirBnB. I have used Marci and Jaedon, from Onboard Home Management, exclusively as both my Concierge Service and my property managers. They have been a Godsend to me as my main home is in Colorado. Their diligence to both the needs of my guests, and the way that they meticulously see to the pristine condition of the cleanliness of the living space has earned me Super Host status with AirBnB. We stayed at a home in Tampa and it was one of the most clean and beautiful vacation homes we have experienced. The management company was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the area we stayed in. My family and I will definitely be back.
Marcy is phenomenal she does such a wonderful job making sure that everything from her client to the people that stay in her clients home have the best of the best her son Jaden is awesome I would recommend both of them
